Supporting Work Processes: COVID-19

There has been a lot in the news surrounding COVID-19 over the past few weeks and the impact it is now having on the UK. For many businesses, communities and individuals, this is a time of great uncertainty. At Bravo Benefits, the health and wellbeing of our team, clients, and business partners remain at the heart of everything that we do.

For now, its business as usual for us here, however we have taken extra steps to ensure the safety of everyone:

We are prepared for social isolation with all staff members now working remotely. We are keeping a customer call operation open and of course, you have continued access to the team.

Whilst we are not undertaking face-to-face meetings, we can continue to serve you remotely using video and telephone conferencing, as well as email.

We continue to monitor the COVID-19 outbreak carefully and look at any potential implications to any disruption of our services to you.

We will continue to be vigilant, follow government advice and communicate any updates to the above changes.
