Everyday Health Cash Plan
Financial and physical wellbeing are sorted with a health cash plan for your employees, covering everyday healthcare costs.
What is an Everyday Health Cash Plan?
Health Cash Plans are schemes that give you and your employees partial or full reimbursements for the cost of a range of everyday health services - routine and unforeseen.
Depending on the level of coverage chosen these services could be anything from optical to dental, physiotherapy services to hospital cover and also non-cash benefits such as 24/7 virtual services.
Why Implement an Everyday Health Cash Plan?
Healthy Employees.
Money worries and health struggles - a combination common to so many of us- have a detrimental effect on people’s ability to give their best in the workplace.
Productivity decreases, extended absences become commonplace and colleagues are left to carry the burden.
Health Cash Plans for employees can help.
Assistance in paying for everyday medical essentials can allow staff quick access to medical care when they need it, avoiding oversubscribed GP surgeries and long waiting lists for NHS appointments.
The plan can significantly reduce financial pressures and anxiety over health conditions.
Healthy Business.
With research suggesting employers see a return of £5.30 on average for every £1 invested in staff wellbeing, a Health Cash Plan could be just what the doctor ordered.
Looking out for your workforce will help fulfil your duty of care and contribute to a positive culture within the workplace.
Providing a Health Cash Plan benefit will help retain top talent and also attract potential employees, positioning you as an employer of choice.
Your team will be afforded excellent care without the hefty financial burdens that good health usually entails.
With a resilient workforce, there will be a reduction in sickness and absenteeism, enabling your business to be at its most productive.

How does the Everyday Health Cash Plan work?
Your employees will not be required to have a medical in order to enjoy the benefits of the Everyday Health Cash Plan. There are four levels of cover available, and staff are able to upgrade their level of cover or add dependants if they wish to do so. As soon as they enrol in the scheme, they are covered and can claim any benefit (excluding paternity/adoption/maternity benefits).
What are health cash plans?
A cash plan is an insurance policy that can help cover the cost of everyday healthcare, such as visit to the dentist, opticians or physiotherapy, by reimbursing the employee for some or all of the costs of routine and/or unforeseen healthcare costs and appointments. There are some cash plans that will pay for some elective surgical treatments once referral is made by a GP.
