Financial Wellbeing
Maintain productivity by reducing the stress caused by financial hardship
What is the Financial Wellbeing benefit?
There are three modules available as part of this solution, Financial Wellbeing Education, Financial Wellbeing Personal Debt Advice and Financial Wellbeing Lending.
The Financial Wellbeing Education program is an online platform that provides a database of educational materials. The platform includes resources covering topics such as credit and borrowing, budgeting and spending, savings, investment and retirement, and protection. The platform equips your staff to make informed, proactive decisions about their financial wellbeing, potentially preventing bad debt.
The Financial Wellbeing Personal Debt Advice platform allows your team to access confidential advice to help manage their debts. Employees can access support via an online tool that gives immediate recommendations based on their circumstances, or via a helpline.
The Financial Wellbeing Lending solution is there for when your staff need financial aid. It allows your employees to borrow between £1,000 to £25,000. Staff pay their loans back via their monthly salary.
Adopted together, these programs provide a comprehensive package of care that supports your staff, no matter their financial circumstances.
How does the Financial Wellbeing benefit help?
No one works well when they are worried about money. Concerns about bills, cash flow and debt mount up and significantly impact your employees’ daily performance. Left long-term, staff members’ mental health can suffer and their colleagues can feel the brunt of their stress.
Employees’ financial needs can be varied. Some may need education on the best way to manage their income to prevent future financial hardship, whereas others may be struggling to pay off debt. It can be difficult to find solutions that can provide the range of support needed for the diverse needs of your workforce.
Our Financial Wellbeing benefit is perfect for workforces that have a range of financial needs. Our solution gives your employees access to a variety of resources that helps them flourish financially.
